To curate an exhibition can be, in itself, a creative act that entails surveying the terrain of a photographer/s work and map a critical pathway through it. By applying your critical eye to the work you have selected for the exhibition, you (the curator) can discover commonalities among the selected photographs that are expressive of the human psyche, the state of nature, the cultural moment, etc.
For this project you will continue to work with the photographer you used in our previous assignment (Masters of Photography Inspired Project). You will curate an exhibition based around a specific theme of your choice using the work you created for our last project. You must include 10 images in your exhibition: 5 from the master photographer (previous project) and 5 of your own (use 5 of your photographs from the previous project).
You will present your selection of thematically related images and demonstrate how these images relate to the theme of your exhibition.
Your specific tasks in formulating your exhibition:
Select a theme for your exhibition – The theme should relate to your photographs from the previous project and the work of the master photographer you researched
Look carefully and at the work you created from the Remake a Master project and select 5 images that best relate to the theme you selected.

Gather info about each photograph taken by the mater photographer for your exhibition: titles and dates; media (ç). Collect artist’s statements and/or descriptions of work, a good place to find this information would be from previous exhibitions.
Write introductory statement that outlines the idea/theme that animates your exhibition. This will guide the viewer through your thinking, establish how the Photographer’s work fits into the exhibition, establish relationships among them
The remainder of the statement should discuss each individual image and how it relates to your theme
